I've been to this urgent care multiple times due to it being the closest to my home and every time, I am less than impressed. Went in about three hours ago for a very swollen throat, got swabbed (not done very well), and was told I'd get a call on the results in about a half hour. I still haven't gotten any phone calls and I am still having trouble swallowing. I definitely recommend Ridgeview and will probably end up going there tomorrow.
Unfortunately i can't give negative a rating lower than a number one otherwise I'd rate the Emergency Room care and competence as a negative 10. Please note that there is an important distinction between the hospital / surgical care and the Emergency Room care. EMERGENCY ROOM CARE: Absolutely horrible. Inexperienced staff. the surgery went smoothly the nurses were fantastic love the hospital they all were great and I would love to thank dr.botker and the surgery team they were super thanks
