Incompetent and unprofessional. Do not deal with this company unless you want problem after problem. Good luck reaching Karly Meadows. She never answers her phone. Our countertops our cracked including the back wall. Run! We went through Lowes and this company was the contractor. Lowes did nothing to help and now we are out of pocket another $3k to fix it.
