When I got in the car to leave, I noticed that the hood didn't look like it was closed all the way. I got out and found the hood on the drivers side not closed flush. I popped the hood and found the filler cap left on top of the engine cover. After putting the filler cap on, I re-closed the hood and it still didn't close flush. The Lincoln LS has an aluminum hood, and I'm not insinuating that the filler cap was the cause for the hood to no longer close correctly, but something during my visit did. I have used this local business, car wash, oil change, even bought a set of tires there, for more than 7 years. My wife and her family have used their service since they have been open. Recently I had new wheels & tires delivered from Tire Rack. Imwaxed the wheels before installing them. Easier to do off the car. They were immaculate. Upon return to pick it up, the manager stated that the stud or stub came out with the oil filter when it was removed and stated he tightened it back in with filter. Very Bad Experience – I hated this place not only did we used to take our car to get the oil changed religiously there the man working as a "manager" in the oil changing place was extremly rude. i will NEVER come back to get my oil changed. the manager told us that we need to learn how to use a wrench. we took it in 2 months ago to change the oil because they tightened the nut too tight, so we specifically asked to have it hand tight. and what did they do again, they machine tightened it and now when we had him fix it. he di... read more
