Working with Carmel and Joel has been a wonderful experience. They are both so very attentive and have been very flexible with me and my timing. They have walked me through every step of the buying process and have over delivered at every corner. My wife and I recently purchased a home from DR Horton and Carmel did and amazing job. She never stops. Her drive and passion for what she does is very evident. Our new home is exactly what we were looking for and Carmel made the process so very easy. I didn’t even feel like I was signing my life away unlike the last home I purchased.
