I had the privilege of touring one of these homes today. It was a big beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath house with amazing closet space as well as kitchen space. I briefly spoke with the manager, Shanda because she was on an appointment with another potential buyer! Shonda Sutton did an amazing job! She paid attention to our concerns, and addressed them all. She did research on the town and made us feel confident in our young kids growing up here. Caleb in construction was also very helpful and fixed issues that we saw during the walkthrough. Overall it was a great experience and our home is beautiful.
