The buying process is fantastic Shonda is super nice! The houses on the other hand are trash, the driveways aren’t cured properly, 95% of the houses in the development driveways are chipping and flaking alright from being not properly cured.
I had the privilege of touring one of these homes today. It was a big beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath house with amazing closet space as well as kitchen space. I briefly spoke with the manager, Shanda because she was on an appointment with another potential buyer! Although she was previously busy, she gave me some important information about the homes that were available and how fast they were selling. I noticed that more homes were being built as well. Shonda Sutton did an amazing job! She paid attention to our concerns, and addressed them all. She did research on the town and made us feel confident in our young kids growing up here. Caleb in construction was also very helpful and fixed issues that we saw during the walkthrough. Overall it was a great experience and our home is beautiful.
Shonda Sutton is a fantastic realtor. She is very knowledgeable in her field, wonderful, kind-hearted, and delightful person. I definitely recommend her to my clients when they are looking for a new home.
