When signing the contract, they make you sign it. It's non-smoking, and it smells like marijuana all the time. The buildings are so clean that they don't pick up the trash from the containers, which falls outside. The basements smell disgusting, and the washers never work. It's a scam. Don't rent here.
Definitely need complete updating inside & out
I was supposed to have moved in on June 30, 2023. As soon as we got part of the furniture in ROACHES started taking over. I called and asked why wasn't I told about the SEVERE roach infestation they put me hold for 5 minutes and some lady got on the phone and attempted to please me by saying " I understand you have a problem. We're going to get it taken care of because we want to get you moved in. She went on to say they would bomb it the following morning about 7am. They don't care that I have cancer, C.O.P.D. or anything e... read more

I recommend people not to go to this building because the staff isn't friendly and doesn't make any promises they don't keep when it comes to responsibilities. I ask about getting the A.C. replaced and refused and told me to buy one on my own and didn't replace the carpet, refrigerator and mini blinds and ask me to get it on my own. Then when I ask about receiving a first floor apartment, then I received an apartment that's not in good shape and with a speech impairment I have with my family member speaking on my behalf, the... read more
