All was well. The folks were nice enough. My issue is with the final product. I was to have single vision lenses, but the lenses provided are blurry in prefery. After a brief but contentious conversation with the optometrist who was going to remedy the lenses by giving me my old prescription, I told her, I would just take the ones they made. It pains me to write this review because I was a happy client for over a decade, but the service at Rivers Bend Eyecare has hit a catastrophic low. I paid for lenses and ended up getting poor-fitting lenses and scratched-up frames. On November 20, 2023, I purchased lenses. I used frames that I already had, and that were in great condition. They guaranteed the lenses since they were still selling the same Tiffany frames. The lenses arrived and were installed in the frames. It was awful. Gaps were large enough to stick a t... read more
