I recently posted a review of my experience on their website, Rivers Bend Auto. It even required me to input my personal information for the review. But it was never shown on their website. I think they only show the good reviews and I think all customers should hear about how they truly practice their scam. I have been here a few times. On my Audi A4 oil change they installed the same old crush washer. Which caused the leak. I had to bring in back to fix it. On my Ford Edge 2018, they did the brake job(rear only). They 1st informed me that calipers are seized so that’s additional $300. I was like okay. Go ahead. The dude who replaced the brakes did not even bleed my brakes when I picked up up. Brakes went right inside. Couldn’t even make a light and brought the car back.
