I had an amazing experience at Rivers Animal Hospital. My dogs absolutely love Dr.Justine. He is not afraid of the dogs (like other vets), he did not push me to spend more money (like other vets). Dr. Justine is professional, knowledgeable and loves animals. My dogs are always excited to go to Rivers Animal Hospital.
Just spent $415 and will have to go to another vet to have the glass sliver removed because the vet there can't be told anything. Way too egotistical and I even SHOWED her which toe pad had the issue. She couldn't be bothered or care enough to spend an extra 5 minutes to soak and scrape the pad and pull the sliver. Thanks for nothing.

Brought in our 3 year old dog Molly she had stopped eating but was drinking water so when I brought her in the vet said he would do bloodwork and X-ray and find out what’s going on. He had me sign an authorization form for surgery if it was necessary. I left an 800 deposit on my credit card. When I picked her up he informed me that he had cut her open but not stomach or intestins he was looking for a blockage which if an X-ray was done he would not need to do surgery.
