Bought our kitchen cabinets from a third party and when we had issues with the etching rubbing off by the sink we were told they dropped the line and to reach out to the factory. We then were told there was no warranty and it was not for wet areas. They were sold as kitchen cabinets. Tried to get a paint pen to fix ourselves they sent us the wrong one and now will not return our calls. Our cabinets are only three years old. Hard to believe they won’t stand behind their cabinets.

Had issues. They were recommended by our general contractor as a line from their cabinet business. They were installed in July 2024. And by December 2024, the laminate was peeling off. RiverRun DID replace the base cabinets under warranty, did not replace the doors, but I can’t say I’d recommend them. We have found other issues since the top cabinets were replaced, such as the door panel pulling away from the frame. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the cabinets recently installed in my home in Michigan. The quality of the cabinets is utterly unacceptable, the craftsmanship is appalling, and the customer service I have received has been beyond disappointing. I purchased these cabinets as part of the rebuilding process after the devastating loss of our family home due to a fire! These cabinets are awful. They show all the grease - you wash them and they don't come clean. I addressed this with the company and they just told me to clean them. Don't buy these cupboards.
