I rented through Riverport Properties, and always were very kind and understanding to me. I would refer anyone to this real estate, because they are excellent.
We rented a holiday rental property through them and turned up to find a run down house full of spiders, webs, mould, dust and well in need of maintenance. We had the agent, the maintenance man and the emergency cleaners there within hours of arriving. It was horrible. The whole family came down with bronchitis and we had to push for our money back. We only received a partial refund and our holiday was ruined.
