Awesome complex we had great time living there
Excellent apartment complex. Exceptionally well maintained grounds, pools, gyms, open space and landscaped areas. Staff are friendly helpful and responsive.
Simply shocking. The amount of loss in the last near-decade due to mismanaged floods, lies from property management (Sellgood!), lax maintenance, and the inability to follow basic procedures has left us with a pretty poor experience. Held off reviewing, but over it now.
Very noisy. Not only noises coming from common areas, parties, people coming in and out slamming doors in the middle of night. (Even when you formally complain not much is done). Also during the day there are frantic noises of lawn mowers, leaves blowers every day. Even when you close all doors and windows it is impossible to work from home or even get a regular phone call. On top of that: abusiveness in rent rises.
