I’m not recommending StuartCo, specifically Deer Ridge. My back door has not locked for over 30 days. They are aware of this, but still haven’t fixed it. Seems to be a big maintenance issue, but either way- my house doesn’t lock. I’m really hoping for a resolution soon. As anyone would know, this is scary. Imagine not being able to lock your door. Aweful. If you try to talk to the manager hes always out and doesnt seem to know how to call people back. Maintenance: aweful. We were told wed have new cabinets when we moved in, we didnt get them for months after, they started falling off the day after they were put in, and months down the toad we keep finding screws on the floor from them. I will be sueing next time i find one in my foot. There is a cleaning lady that wears head phones from the 90s and has a potatoe face, she opend the doors and smokes right outside so th... read more
