I was at this place when I say this by far was the worst place I ever visited in my whole entire life. I'm 46 I've been to lots of States and situations. Administration is non existent drugs are frequented at this place they serve raw food. Nurses like Katherine are racist and unprofessional. Assistant director James is 100 percent joke clients was never reprimanded for using racial slurs but this is what takes the cake. They are thieves they steal and con money from all insurance companies. Peer support is super fake. When ... read more
This is joe rice riverplace helped me in many different ways if you really want help and if you let them they can help they helped me don't worry what other people is doing and just worry and work to try and fix your life back
Riverplace doesn't care about anyone's soberity!!! They make up rules as they go just to make the staff look good!! I recently left there and I cant count the times several staff members said they didnt care about someone's sobriety!!!! And oh the HIPPA violations. They have cameras recording during group sessions, when and I stress when you do have a "doctors" visit its thru telehealth and they have cameras recording in whats supposed to be a private conversation between doctor and client.
