Don't let the 1 star fool you. That was from the previous owner who acquired bad management skills. The new owner is great and the best boss i have ever worked for. And no, I don't work there anymore so this review is honest. I worked for Riverock over 15 seasons and its a great way to manage ugly, cracked concrete, walkways, porches, pool decks and more for a fraction of the cost to tear out and pour new.
I have been trying for Two summers now to have my sidewalk and porch cleaned and resurfaced. Take’s forever for someone to respond and then all I get is the run around. All I want is my Riverrock done.
Been trying to reach someone at this business for three weeks now. No answer to phone calls, no response to multiple voicemails.
