This place is incredible! The management is top tier! Really kind, good hearted people that care and tend to every need you have. The place is clean, quiet and well maintained. Colleen, Ryan, and Harry (Management) are truly nice people. My time there was great! No complaints whatsoever about this place. Would recommend to anyone looking for clean, quiet nice apartments. I rate this place a 10/10! I stayed there 10years, and it was an absolute great experience.. Thank you Rivermist for all that you done for me!!! 🙏🏿❤️
I've lived here for 13+ years. Love the quiet suburban neighborhood. Landlord and manager are cordial and friendly. Maintenance is superb. The buildings and grounds are very well kept.
This place is a joke. If the owner's mom doesn’t like you, they’ll find any excuse to get rid of you. I was hit with completely fake noise complaints and then told my lease wouldn’t be renewed days after they were made up. Completely unprofessional and shady. I paid rent on time every single month for an insanely overpriced one-bedroom, and this is how they repay you? They’ll make up lies to get rid of you, then leave you in the dark with no explanation. DO NOT waste your time or money here!
