Rivermead point was great in the beginning. But since management has changed its really gone down hill. They raised the rates and mortgage. The managers will give you attitude anytime you speak to them or even asking simple questions to get help or find help. They could care less about there people or the families and elderly that live there. They don't tell you when things happen like main water line breaks or heat getting shut off.
