Rude receptionists that do not help. Never want to do their job and quite frankly do not care think the team need to have a long hard think about how they compose themselves and help patients!! Absolutely disgusted wouldn’t even give them 1 star
Always polite and good service
Very disappointed I had high levels 2 GP had concerns sent me for a ultrasound and had several blood tests, tests came back as abnormal. Final call was with a paramedic, his response was no concerns, he actually said I could go out in the street and find 15 people who have the same thing.!! Very disappointed and still no follow up with a GP got another blood test. Reception staff also very unhelpful, and stressed.Very disappointed. Clearly no patient care or concern .
Constant issues with them putting my repeat prescription on the system, causing me to go into mental health crisis. No way of contacting the surgery for online support as this is on available sometimes. Some lovely drs, most drs will limit the discussion and misadvise because they do not read notes.
