I have been a member since 2007 and it wasn't always perfect but it was ok. Then they got too big to care. With the merger, I couldn't access my accounts (I had one at Advantis and 2 at Rivermark) for at least two weeks. Then I was forced to have 3 separate user IDs and passwords for each account. I would call for help during the lockout and they would say someone would call back to help me after I waited on the phone for hours but, they didn't. Used to love banking at Rivermark when you could walk into a branch and get help on the spot. Now it’s automated tellers and no help without an appointment. Even when I scheduled one to open a checking account for my daughter, they entered the wrong time. I’ve tried twice now without success—they just don’t have time. Even had to take the title to the DMV myself on last auto loan. Service has gone way downhill—moving to a new bank.
Horrible after the merge, switching for sure, worst banking experience ever. I left you before and after merge leaving again!!!
Had advantis for years loved it.I would not recommend this bank.Ever since they combined wait times have been forever.And I haven't had a single visit where they did what I needed them to do correctly.
I've always had excellent customer service at this location! It's nice to have a branch that is close by and the employees are always professional and kind to me every time I come in. I wanted to make sure to write them a nice review because they deserve it!
