Had advantis for years loved it.I would not recommend this bank.Ever since they combined wait times have been forever.And I haven't had a single visit where they did what I needed them to do correctly.
I've always had excellent customer service at this location! It's nice to have a branch that is close by and the employees are always professional and kind to me every time I come in. I wanted to make sure to write them a nice review because they deserve it!
Rivermark recently went through a merger. During which, customer accounts were unavailable for upwards of a week. Getting in contact with anyone in a branch has become impossible, and talking to a specialist for any account operations is impossible. As I am typing this, I have been on hold for over 1 hours and 20 minutes. The representative that was waiting with me had to leave because "due to policy, this is as long as I can stay on with you". I wish i could pay people not to use Rivermark. Such a joke of a credit union. For laughs ask an employee how the merger between advantis and rivermark went..... Watch the employee have a meltdown.
