I had such a great experience at Riverlink Family Practice! From the moment I walked in, the reception ladies were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional and honestly some of the nicest I’ve ever dealt with. Dr. Obot was amazing. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me get to the bottom of several medical issues I had been struggling with for a while. Dr Kani was also very amazing. I’m so grateful for the care and attention I received. Highly recommend!
Reception was friendly. But doctoe Nazia unhuman and Dr Black were the most disgusting excuse for doctors I met. I felt like pressing chatges afains them. They owe every one of their patients amends, refunds and apologies.
Reception is great that’s about it. Dr Sonia was so rude I’ve never dealt with a health care professional like that before I couldn’t believe it. I’ve had similar experiences with the male doctors as well rude and didn’t seem to be caring at all. Now I know why they always have appointments available. Very unprofessional that’s for sure
