Terrible customer service. Had them for one season. Opened, weekly service which wasn't that good, and closing. Paid all bills on time. Signed contract (couldn't find another service) and had pool opened by Jeff, the owner, mid-May. Jeff told me to expect a service person early the next week for the pool's cleaning. Never saw them again. Promised by GM that someone would be there on Wednesday, May 20. No one showed. Promised that Jeff would come to the house on Friday, the 22nd. Again, no one showed.
