Our company brought some NDIS participants down to do some kayaking on Monday and the feedback we have had was simply fantastic. Ash was the kayak instructor, she was warm and inviting from the get-go and the group instantly felt comfortable around her. All of the participants couldn't wait to book another trip which really shows what a good job Ash did to make them feel welcome and have fun. It was a lovely morning on the water and we will definitely be back!
Super simple sign in / organisation. Lovely & helpful instructor from Germany who expertly kept the group together, and knew her Brisbane landmarks well. Equipment was good quality.
I turned up thinking I’d be herded into a tourist group (I’m a Brisbane local), but instead I was handed a kayak, signed a couple of forms, watched a quick video, and was soon paddling off on my own. It was a great way to take in the city at my own pace. The staff struck the right balance of being friendly, relaxed, and genuinely helpful. All of that without a single Gen Z stare. Am going back for sure.
Ash was great during our kayak experience recently! I will definitely be back!
My family and I did the kayaking tour on Father’s Day and it was absolutely amazing! We had the best time!
