Unprofessional staff who should not be working with people who need mental health support. Condescending and rude
Incompetent staff
the staff here are very rude, saw someone previously give a negative review and staff mentioned personal information about them in their response. Review has since been deleted but that is very petty and a breach of privacy i would think. Hopefully the psychologists here arent anything like the horrible staff
