As other reviews have mentioned, Riverlands Insurance customer service is severely lacking once they get your business. Emily would take days or more to get back to me should I have any questions. There was always some excuse of why she didn’t get back to us. The last time I reached out, she didn’t even get back to me at all. Once we got signed up with Emily at Riverlands customer service disappeared. Multiple times I’ve reached out to Emily with questions and inquiries and she never responds. Phone calls and emails go unanswered to the point of where I had to contact another agent at this agency. She never takes ownership of any mistakes they made on our policy and never acknowledges her lack of response. She makes sure to blame her email, or her phone or my email and phone not working.
