After just my first visit, I feel obligated to write a review. The entire staff has been BEYOND AMAZING!! I have never had such an amazing experience with a PCP like I am having with Riverland Medical. They have made me feel like I am their only patient! I had a disappointing experience trying to schedule an appointment. I called on July 15 and was asked if I had an emergency. I explained that I did not. She told me that I did not have to call twice because she was on break. She took my phone number and said she would call me back the next day, but it has now been two weeks and I still have not received a call or any follow-up. Clean environment and reception and some of staff were very kind. However, they were extremely dismissive of patient issues, gave referrals to specialist that did not accept patient insurance, and refused to assist when problems were brought to their attention. Patients should be able to build trust with their PCP not feel judged or unheard.

I have been going there for 5 years. My son is 5 years old. We went through hard times as he was growing up, and the doctors ( Carolina & Samantha) helped us a lot when we needed assistance in getting special appointments. When he had a broken finger, we were able to get an appointment right away. They are like family to us. We go to Riverland Medical Center for my son’s routine check-ups. I highly recommend going there.

Hands down the best primary physician I ever been too! Everyone in the office is so knowledgeable and helpful! Even after hours, they do their best to accommodate you! Really makes you feel like you’re not alone in the world, I don’t feel like just another patient! The wait times are not long at all, they counsel and support you through it all.
