Booked in a visit for quoting 2 weeks prior to agreed date and no one showed up on the day. They didn't ring me to cancel, I was just waiting assuming they are running late. Eventually, I called them to follow up and was told that they can't do the job as they are booked out until the end of September. I understand that they are busy, but the lack of communication was disappointing. Didn't have time to do our front and back lawns, gave them a call and they took care of it for us. The guy that mowed did an absolutely amazing job. Not only did he do the lawns, he went around the house and trimmed all the weeds and cleaned up after himself Would definitely recommend.
