Had their service for a small window glass replacement. The initial inquiry handling was not very satisfactory. However, Jordan, the technician, did an excellent job. His work was neat, professional, and well finished. Full credit to Jordan. A 10 out of 10 for his workmanship. The company would benefit from having more people like him on the team.
