Awesome facility, clean, easy access, great variety of machines, good atmosphere, well-maintained machines, large venue. The toilets are clean, there's a baby change table, hand dryers, a small creche area, great water fountain. The cardio area is great 👍, especially with multiple stair masters, and treadmills. I highly recommend training here and the owner is an absolute legend, he's very friendly. I enjoyed my session and pumping iron 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks again! 🙏 Much appreciated 👏

This gym is amazing catering to all ages and fitness levels. Crossfit, nutrition programs, F45, PT, kids classes, creche, strength and conditioning all in one place. My favourite place to be.

I heard about this gym from a colleague, went for a few drop in classes to try it out (this was my first time trying CrossFit) and I ended up buying a membership! I was welcomed with smiles, support, enthusiasm and an over all family hospitality. The coaches are knowledgeable and well trained. Always ensuing you are in correct form and using appropriate weights. Chris is a great coach, and the owner. He encourages everyone to participate in competitions and to perform to your best capabilities! I highly recommend this gym... read more
