Power cycles EVERY DAY. No heads up on what's going on at all.
These guys are something else. We have a tiny storm and our power is gone for more then a day without any updates. We are kept in the dark both figuratively and literally. I call them for information on how things are going along and every single time they say they have no clue. If that doesn't scream out professionalism I don't know what does.
