How wonderful it was to finally find a psychiatrist that actually really listens to you. Dr Adeel Arshad is so knowledgeable and compassionate. Finally at the age of 59 Dr Adeel diagnosed me with ADHD. Medication has definitely helped me. I now do my own research on being neurodiverse. My life makes so much more sense now. I am so grateful to have such an amazing psychiatrist as Dr Adeel Arshad. Thank you 🦋
I am SO grateful for Dr Adeel Arshad. Over the last 2 years, he has helped me overcome a late diagnosis of ADHD while working with my PMDD. Not only did he thoroughly help me through the world of new medications, he also helped me understand the need for self-regulating and recognising lifestyle patterns. I can't thank Dr Adeel enough for his support and understanding throughout my ADHD diagnosis. I was nervous about reaching out, but he made the entire process feel comfortable and judgement free. Thanks to him, I now have a better understanding of myself and I have the tools to move forward and apply myself. I hope more people in regional areas feel encouraged to seek help, knowing professionals like him are out there. :)
From the moment I met Dr Adeel Arshard he made me feel comfortable to speak about what I needed to. I always recommend anyone to him as I find him down to earth, caring and actually wants to help people. I wish I had seen him years ago! If I could give 10 stars I would !!! Montana and the team on reception always answer my questions whenever they may arise and I love the atmosphere they give off.
