The friendly and helpful reception staff make the rather uncomfortable experience of talking about myself. And my psych is the absolute bomb (that means best!!!) It doesn’t matter that he is a man….for the first time in my life I am comfortable with being myself around the male gender.
Dr Adeel has helped me gain my life back somewhat. Considering how I was for many years to how I am today speaks volumes. Highly recommend. He is also very patient and cares for his staff & patients. Not many like him around.
How wonderful it was to finally find a psychiatrist that actually really listens to you. Dr Adeel Arshad is so knowledgeable and compassionate. Finally at the age of 59 Dr Adeel diagnosed me with ADHD. Medication has definitely helped me. I now do my own research on being neurodiverse. My life makes so much more sense now. I am so grateful to have such an amazing psychiatrist as Dr Adeel Arshad. Thank you 🦋
I am SO grateful for Dr Adeel Arshad. Over the last 2 years, he has helped me overcome a late diagnosis of ADHD while working with my PMDD. Not only did he thoroughly help me through the world of new medications, he also helped me understand the need for self-regulating and recognising lifestyle patterns. I can't thank Dr Adeel enough for his support and understanding throughout my ADHD diagnosis. I was nervous about reaching out, but he made the entire process feel comfortable and judgement free. Thanks to him, I now have a better understanding of myself and I have the tools to move forward and apply myself. I hope more people in regional areas feel encouraged to seek help, knowing professionals like him are out there. :)
