They are busy but always do their best. Nurses are very friendly. And we are lucky to have a top respiratory specialist Pro T McKenzie in our country town.
Absolutely apaulling waiting times. General wait time for last two appointments was over 2 hours. Dr. Stone in particular. Would recommend finding a different specialist. Not a very personal experience either with not very much information.
Need to have more reception staff that are friendly I got a Michelle on the phone who was extremely rude , and just didn’t want to listen considering I have been back and forth here for the last 6 months and have been communicating with my specialist assistant Michelle was very rude and didn’t want to even listen to me, if I didn’t have a health issue I would consider going else where
Prof Tara Mackenzie, Karinda and the team are always incredibly helpful and friendly, even at their busiest.
