Just had our third pool installed by Riverina and was expecting the same high quality experience we have received in the past. Instead what we have experienced is dismal customer service with no communication regarding the completion of our pool installation for almost two weeks after it had first been put in the ground. Instead we had to phone and email several times to find out what was happening. We looked at several pool companies and were shown excellent customer service from Will at the showroom on Dixon road, all costs were broken down and explained in detail. Pool installation went perfectly and on time. Site foreman knew what he was doing and explained the install process fully. The only issue I found was with the customer service centre in Jandakot afterwards but this was addressed by Will immediately. Even post sale and install he goes out of his way to make it a positive experience. Highly recommend.

We have waited for almost 12 months for this unscrupulous company to complete our pool. We are still waiting for coping to be laid and the pool was promised for November 2021. It is now June 2022. We have lost confidence and do not appreciate that the rest of our garden has been decimated in the process and is now a winter mud pit. We cannot even re-landscape until the pool is finished.
