Our dealings with Riverina have been fantastic from Zane, Gaige, Aiden & Dinah. Everyone has been responsive to any questions or concerns. Pool handover is a day away but can not fault what we've experienced so far - thank you!
We are in the initial contract stages of our pool and have been dealing with Emily who has been amazing. Shes so attentive and provides all the information requested. Shes made the process thus far, very smooth and we are happy to have chosen to work with Riverina.

Just had our third pool installed by Riverina and was expecting the same high quality experience we have received in the past. Instead what we have experienced is dismal customer service with no communication regarding the completion of our pool installation for almost two weeks after it had first been put in the ground. Instead we had to phone and email several times to find out what was happening. We looked at several pool companies and were shown excellent customer service from Will at the showroom on Dixon road, all costs were broken down and explained in detail. Pool installation went perfectly and on time. Site foreman knew what he was doing and explained the install process fully. The only issue I found was with the customer service centre in Jandakot afterwards but this was addressed by Will immediately. Even post sale and install he goes out of his way to make it a positive experience. Highly recommend.
