Just had our third pool installed by Riverina and was expecting the same high quality experience we have received in the past. Instead what we have experienced is dismal customer service with no communication regarding the completion of our pool installation for almost two weeks after it had first been put in the ground. We had a pool with pool heater installed on a wall on a wall bracket back in 2020. After 2.5 years we noticed the wall bracket is now coming off the wall by 2cm and the whole heat pump pool heater is at risk of collapsing off the wall. Unfortunately this is not covered by their 12 month workmanship warranty even though it feels clear (to me) that it's poor workmanship if the bracket is falling off the wall within a few years. We looked at several pool companies and were shown excellent customer service from Will at the showroom on Dixon road, all costs were broken down and explained in detail. Pool installation went perfectly and on time. Site foreman knew what he was doing and explained the install process fully. The only issue I found was with the customer service centre in Jandakot afterwards but this was addressed by Will immediately. Even post sale and install he goes out of his way to make it a positive experience. Highly recommend.
