Terrible!!! Waited over 8 months for them to install after guaranteed of 12 weeks. You have to pay everything up front then they delay everything. Claim it will take 12 weeks for coping now that the pool has been installed yet the paving and permanent fence need to be complete within 8 weeks due to council snd legislation, they reckon do the pavers now (to be organised by me) and they will do the coping later / which is against building code!!!
