28th April I dropped my mower off for a service, I stated that it used to be very easy to start, but now its very difficult., & that the pull cord seems jammed. I found the woman behind the counter to be very abrupt as she palmed me off to someone else. 3 weeks later I collect the mower, get it home & I have even more difficulty starting it.
