I presented to the clinic for my pathology collection as they were listed as part of Douglas Hanly Moir. The reception staff were rude and incompetent. Their policy clearly stated on the door required a mask to enter if the patient had cold & flu symptoms. I had a mask on already but they requested I wait outside in the middle of winter. A fantastic practice with an incredible team of knowledgeable and caring practitioners. The reception/admin team are phenomenal and nothing is too tricky, never made to feel like a burden.
Carl and his team do a great job. I've seen them for all 3 of our pregnancies/children and our family since 2014. If I can't get into see him for an urgent appointment for the kids, I've always been impressed with the other doctors service and bedside manner. Particular mention also to Kylie & Alison in reception & their nurse Meredith , who are always friendly, professional and helpful in getting us in where they can when we need it. Thanks guys!
