Specialist is always running late you wait 2 hours after your appt time to see them they don’t even call you to say they are running behind
Drive to Canberra instead. Horrible reception staff. Rude, unprofessional just disgusting to deal with really. I waited a year for surgery, my surgeon was changed on me without any consultation and I was forced to get a new referral so this new unknown surgeon could perform the surgery. I would have much preferred to wait for my original surgeon to become available. The rude receptionist told me that I had “signed a waiver” what else did i want her to say? Just ridiculous. Nothing but praise for the work of Dr Simione Lew-Gor who was suggested to me in December by the reception team organising my referred booking, as Dr Abdul Lathif was booked up for some months. Visited Dr Lew-Gor for my appointment last week, he was very polite and spent the time having a discussion with me about the issues I was experiencing with my sinuses, so he could understand more about my situation.
