The staff are lovely and it is a fine service however a cafeteria or at least tea/coffee facilities for patients and family members to utilise through inevitable and anxious wait times would be expected but surprisingly is not provided. Most people visiting, for obvious reasons, are unable to utilise the cafeteria in the main hospital.
