Our mother lived her last 8 months at Riviera Palms and we really appreciate the care that was given to her. The staff there was great, from Linda at the front desk to Amy, her head nurse, and Dondra in Social Services and everyone else who helped with her and us. We highly recommend Riviera Palms plus she loved the food.
After trying several assisted living and memory care facilities, my 97 year old sister is now being cared for at Riviera Palms. While being in long term care is never ideal, I am very satisfied with how she is being treated at RPRC. The staff is welcoming and kind, a variety of daily activities are planned, and her physical and health needs are being addressed and constantly reevaluated. My recent stay at this facility was as pleasant as it could be. The staff was pleasant, helpful and caring. It was very clean. Thanks to everyone who helped with my recovery.
The stench in my friend's room was worse that that of the cat lady's house. Yes, it's a non-profit but please take some pride in your facility and clean up when accidents occur.
