I am grateful to live in this historic building that is situated in beautiful Martinez near marina..main transit station and Amtrack.Eden has to maintain propertu that has some issues that are vety sloely being addressed but they ate doing the best they can as quickly as they can.zMy only concern is when they have a mentally. people come in drunk and house are always get broken into and stuff stolen i would not recommend this place to anyone who does not have a lot of income and does not want there item stolen
