Very through and good with patients.
Seen me in the hospital. Took my insurance while there. Released me as an established patient but refused to make me a follow up because they don’t take my insurance. What kinda scam is this. While I’m still experiencing all the same symptoms. I was under the understanding Christ doctors would treat me like a human not a dollar bill.
I was in the hospital with facial numbness and arm numbness. Their neurologist took my insurance kept me 3 days did all kinds of test. Released me as an established patient. Said I needed to follow up with river hills, I called for the app was treated very poorly told they don’t take my insurance and the woman said well idk what to tell you to do. Very disappointed I guess it’s all about the money. Our poor country needs better health care where we aren’t seen as just a dollar bill.
