I just went to get my Invisalign fitted and it was such a smooth and easy process thanks to Mia and Dr Kennedy! They answered all my questions and didn’t let me leave without a laugh. Thanks for everything yall do! <3
Made an appointment online, arrived today at 4:45pm ahead of my 5 o’clock appointment and office staff was locking up. Hours are 7am - 7pm. Explained I scheduled online and even showed how the scheduler still shows spots available for today. I wouldn’t just show up to a dentist office without an appointment. Updated by staff they are not open and not open the remainder of week, which also is not updated online. Thank god for modern medicine! I was so impressed with the care I received at Riverheart. Emma the hygienist was so friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Having her around really calmed my nerves. Dr Kennedy did a great job with my fillings and I genuinely see her work as art. I only had minor pain the next day from the injection site bruising, but my teeth themselves feel fine and my bite feels no different! Day three and I’m pain free and eating normal foods. Thank you for a fun time at the dentist!
Excellent staff and dentists. They work with you on finances and are very capable and competent. Love them!
Dr. K. and Emma are so awesome. Needed some denture adjustment and I could not have been treated better. These wonderful people make you want to go to the dentist.
