Toured in December of 2025 as my lease was ending at the end of February 2026. Upon touring they let me know they were having a promo for 12 weeks free. Upon signing the lease, I realized my 12 weeks free were not mentioned in the lease. I emailed the complex for clarification to which they responded that the promo was only for residents moving in before the New Year, which they had not stated when I toured with them. I am extremely grateful for the beautiful Mayra for her concern and excellent customer service about my move in. She informed me with every bit of detail about my stay and made sure I find my apartment welcoming. I hope her supervisor sees this and provides her with unlimited energy drinks.
Where do I begin? Riverhaus Creekside is an amazing apartment complex. Move-in was a smooth and easy process and the staff did an amazing job to make me feel welcome. It's safe, the complex is beautiful and I truly feel at home here (so of course I had to renew!). Thank you Riverhaus Creekside!!
