I came here today for a blood test and nurse Sandra was lovely i enjoyed our chat what a pleasant experience
Doctors, the phlebotomist and receptionists are delightful here. It's my go to clinic for special care and attention
The doctors are excellent, on time and caring. The receptionists on the other hand, are not helpful, and have a "cannot be bothered" attitude. Twice we had issues with appointment not being confirmed; I called on the day to check only to be told the booking did not come through and there is nothing they could do to fit my child in on the day. I went to their website only to find out there was still availability that day. Please improve your customer service at the front desk.
