Great service, friendly staff. They helped us so much with our baby boy with IVDD
Unquestionably the finest, most professional and caring Vetinary practice we have dealt with over 30+ years of having dogs and cats. Not taking away from other Vets we have dealt with, as they have been great too, but all the staff, Vet nurses and the Principal Vets/Management Team are just so caring and easy to deal with, always taking the time to ensure we fully understand (in laymans terms) what the problem is and what our options are. Thank you to all the team that provide so much love and professional care for Sierra.
Awesome service, vets are great, very friendly staff
My pup tore his ACL requiring surgery. Dr Neil, nurses and reception were very caring and professional during the surgery and recovery process. My pup had a slower healing journey and even after the official recovery duration, were still able to see us to check progress and alleviate my concerns. Would definitely recommend Rivergum
