Our experience with Rivergum was terrible, even after getting the Ombudsmen involved. Our build went for MONTHS without a single trade onsite, we have since learned that they struggle to get trades as they do not pay them fairly OR on time, so they have to scrape the bottom of the barrel and it shows. Thank goodness we had a building inspector as he found simple things like or roof wasn't even attached and the wet areas were not waterproofed correctly. I can honestly only say good things about my building experience with Rivergum over the last two years. All my inquiries concerns have been dealt with efficiently and effectively. All departments have been easily accessible. Emails have been responded to and my site supervisor Josh has been extremely helpful, anttentive and should definitely be a valued member of the Rivergum team. My experiences have all been positive and I would definitely recommend building with River gum.

We have had a wonderful selection process with Joelle, selections manager, who was patient and very practical. We feel like we are in safe hands as we count down to our build starting.
