We have had a wonderful selection process with Joelle, selections manager, who was patient and very practical. We feel like we are in safe hands as we count down to our build starting.
The length of the wait and delays were very extensive but once in the property it was all worth it. Christie in customer care has been fantastic to deal with. Josh the site manager has also been excellent with fixing any issues that have come up once I’d moved in. Very grateful for Christie and Josh!
If I could give Rivergum a 0 star I would. Since the beginning they have been nothing but a nightmare. Extremely disappointed as a first homeowner to have to go through all the stuff I did, something that was meant to be an exciting milestone in my life turned out to be nearly 4 years of stress. The only reason why they are getting 1 star is because of how excellent Site Manager Josh was! He was very friendly, honest and helpful throughout the whole process. 5/5 stars for Josh
Similar to others, I have mixed feelings about building with Rivergum. Timelines can be long! However, the customer care and assistance provided by site manager Josh have been exceptional. He has a genuine willingness to help, and outstanding items continue to be fixed promptly. Another positive mention to Christie in customer care, very quick to respond and resolve any queries.
I built my home with Rivergum almost five years ago. I recently made contact with them to alert them to a maintenance concern that I had and required immediate assistance with. I was connected with team member Ruth Mathews. Ruth heard my concern and acted immediately to reassure me at the same time making arrangements to remedy my concern.
