Everything went fine from reception to the ladies who did my initial assessment. Then I met the Dr. She came across as rude, abrupt and possibly overwhelmed by any medical condition other than a common flu.
I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. The receptionist is so pleasant and the doctors are fabulous
Extremely poor communication. My daughter had an apt for 11:15 the office called at 11:00 to advise her dr didnt come in to work that day. I explained that I already left work and picked my daughter up from school and that she still needed to see a Dr. They said we could still come in as a walk in to see another dr but it would an hour wait. Considering they have a 24hours cancelation policy and they only give painceints 15min is completely unacceptable
If i have option 0 star i would do that Doctor ali ,Honestly the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Completely unprofessional and careless. Every time I asked a question, she just said “I don’t know” — like seriously, how can a doctor say that? She seemed totally uninterested, rushed through everything, and didn’t even try to help. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. If you actually care about your health, avoid this doctor at rivergrove mefical
