update - my dealings with the surgery were awful as explained on here earlier , practice manager Louise is in the wrong industry. After she called the police and lied about my behaviour on the phone and at the surgery to get them to attend. The Police attended they only listened to her Tale and declined to listen to me, or the phone call in which she lied, the evidence was there but they had no interest, to this day they are still ignoring to listen to the false call which was and is a crime.
