I live there.its on the river .kathy and i love it here..well we did until someone wanted my space.they had more money then i , so i got evicted.5star just fell to zero.
Very poorly kept very rude manager Amana just doesn't know what she's doing she does not around the place
My Hubby and I live here. We love it here. Everyone is so nice and welcomed us! We have a private beach and dock. Awesome! The manager takes great care of the property and her tenants. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else here in Bullhead City.
