I’ve been a patient of Riverglen Dental for 30 years, my father took me when I was 13, my teeth were destroyed from having braces on too long and not caring about my teeth during a difficult time in our family. I was ashamed to open my mouth. Dr Hayes didn’t flinch, he made me feel comfortable and tooth by tooth put my smile back together. I cannot possibly be more effusive in my praise for this dentist or practice. I have lived in ten different states spread out all over the US. I have moved 30 times. Those facts are important because I have had to have A LOT of different dentists due to all that relocating. Wonderful and kind staff! They take their time to explain and go over details and everyone is very friendly and gives exceptional customer service.
Was a pleasant experience. So I thought . Until I received a bill for services I expressly denied! It was an underhanded shady tactic and it's unacceptable. Make sure your clear with what you want . Then again it's not the first time dentist have pulled such shady tactics with me . I'm starting to wonder if there is a prejudice involved!!!
