This was my first visit at Riverglen. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this office was different. I was greeted by the sweetest, happiest woman at the front desk who immediately made me feel welcome. We chatted the entire time while I waited, I actually enjoyed waiting for a couple minutes! From the moment I walked in, through the entire process, every single staff member was so attentive and courteous, and just knowledgeable. Dr. Ellen and her entire team are fantastic!!! I have a great experience every time I go to the office, no matter what I’m there for. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as a new patient. The whole staff was friendly, kind, and warm. I am so happy I moved over to this practice!
